RFDS ON THE EYRE HWY

Scattered across the Nullabor is a series of roadway airstrips where the Flying Doctor lands in the case of emergencies.  If they do land officials from nearby communities will block ofF the highway when the plane is due to land.

Quite important that when you take a picture from this position that you don't cause an emergency by getting run over by oncoming traffic.

And it's time to hit the road!
